The Marine Corps Job Explorer (JX), launched in cooperation with the Marine Corps Transition
Assistance Management Program (TAMP) and Family
Member Employment Assistance Program (FMEAP), provides a searchable database of employment opportunities that would be suited to transitioning Marines, as well as family members and others within the Marine Corps community. It is not intended to support active-duty Marines. Members of the Marines Corps Community can use JX to both profile their individual resumes, as well as find employment opportunities that leverage their skills and education, and supports their career goals. Likewise, businesses and organizations can use JX to post employment opportunities that are suitable for members of the Marine Corps community.

Simply put, there are tens of thousands of Job Seekers in the Marine Corps Community seeking employment that will use JX. Likewise, there are hundreds of Employers that seek out to transitioning Marines and family members for dedicated, motivated employees. JX simply brings these two communities together for their mutual benefit.
