The Marine Corps Job Explorer (JX), launched in cooperation with the Marine Corps Transition Assistance Management Program and Family Member Employment Assistance Program programs, provides a searchable database of employment opportunities that would be suited to transitioning Marines, as well as family members and others within the Marine Corps community.

Members of the Marines Corps Community can use JX to both profile their individual resumes, as well as find employment opportunities that leverage their skills and education, and supports their career goals. Likewise, businesses and organizations can use JX to post employment opportunities that are suitable for members of the Marine Corps community.
